Rerack

Terms of Use

Effective: October 1, 2026

These terms apply to the Rerack: Workout Tracker app (the “App”) provided by Mohamed Makled (the “Provider”). Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, these terms apply to the extent permitted.

Rerack Pro

The App can be used for free. Rerack Pro unlocks additional features and is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country.

Health and safety

The App is a training log, not medical advice. Estimated one-rep maxes, progression suggestions, plate math and other calculations are estimates and may be wrong. Consult a qualified professional before starting a training program, train within your limits, use proper technique and spotters, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. You train at your own risk.

Your data

Your training data is stored on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud. You are responsible for keeping backups. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, except as allowed by law or the Standard EULA. All rights in the App and its content remain with the Provider.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the App reliable but do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. We may update, change or discontinue features. Features included in an active purchase will not be removed without a reasonable alternative or notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or injuries resulting from training. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights in your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page.
